Privacy notice
3DSkuwela · version 1 · written for parents and guardians in the Philippines (Data Privacy Act of 2012, RA 10173).
What we keep
When a family creates an account, we keep:
- the family email address;
- for each child: a nickname, the grade, girl or boy, and the picture the family chose;
- each child's study progress: answers, scores, stars, coins, and what they bought or placed in the game;
- the parent PIN the family set.
We do not ask for a child's full name, birthday, address, phone number or photo. Please use a nickname.
Why
To back up progress and keep the children's tablets and the parent's phone in sync, and to show parents how their children are doing. We use nothing else for any other purpose.
Where it is kept and who can see it
The data is stored with Google Firebase. Only the signed-in family can read and change its own data. The owner of 3DSkuwela can read it to give support and to see totals, such as how many families use the app.
No ads. We do not sell, rent or share the data with anyone else.
How long
Until the family deletes it. Playing without an account sends nothing anywhere.
Your choices
- Delete a child and all of the child's progress: open the account page and tap the trash icon next to the child.
- Delete the whole family account and everything in it: open the account page, then Delete this family account. This cannot be undone.
- Ask a question or ask us to delete data for you: CONTACT_EMAIL.
A parent or guardian must agree to this notice before creating an account for their children.
Progress that is saved on a tablet stays on that tablet until the browser data is cleared. Deleting the account in the cloud does not erase another tablet's local copy.
